User Agreement

Welcome to Funny! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Funny ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our AI role-playing chat application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App, and they must read and agree to this Agreement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at tc20241017@163.com.

3. Use of the App

a. Permitted Uses

• You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

• You may interact with AI and virtual characters, unlock images, and make in-app purchases as allowed by the App.

b. Prohibited Uses

• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• You may not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.

• You may not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• You may not engage in any activity that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

• You may not use the App to distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.

4. Content

a. Your Content

• You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and our business.

b. Our Content

• The App and all content and materials included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Funny or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of our content without our express written permission.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer virtual items for purchase ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge that you do not own the Virtual Items and that any purchase of Virtual Items is a purchase of a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use those Virtual Items within the App. Virtual Items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. All sales of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you in this Agreement will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or the content of any sites linked to the App. We assume no liability for any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;

• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the App;

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App;

• Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.

In no event shall Funny, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we are advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Funny, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within [Your Country] to resolve any dispute or claim arising from this Agreement.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
